Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

So your craving for Pumpkin Spice has hit and sure you can go to your local coffee shop, restaurant, or grocery store to satisfy your craving but what about making your own?  This homemade pumpkin spice syrup will take you less than 10 minutes and only needs 4 ingredients!

The syrup is absolutely delicious and can be used on anything your heart desires.  In my household we use it in coffee, on pancakes & waffles, french toast, mixed with cooked steel oats, drizzle over fruit, and even in cocktails/mocktails (see Pumpkin Moscow Mule) – the options are endless!

  2. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes while continuing to stir.
  3. Pour the pumpkin spice syrup though a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to separate any solids from the liquid.
